Placing an order

The sales and delivery contract is concluded between you and Interform GmbH, Polgarstraße 24, 1220 Vienna, Austria, hereinafter referred to as Interform.
The contract is concluded in accordance with Austrian law.

After receipt of the order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. An order is only deemed to have been accepted if you have received an order confirmation.


Delivery

Interform accepts no liability for delays in delivery or non-delivery due to any circumstances beyond Interform's reasonable control. Our goods are delivered free of charge within Austria. Deliveries outside Austria are ex works.

Delivery will be made within 21 days of receipt of order.


Prices

Unless otherwise agreed, the prices apply with the respective conditions of the price list valid at the time of conclusion of the contract. All prices are in euros.


Terms of payment

The invoice amount is payable within

10 days from the invoice date with a 2% discount or

30 days net without deduction

without deduction.

In the event of non-compliance with the payment deadlines, we must charge the usual bank interest on arrears.


Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of Interform GmbH until payment has been made in full.
