Company:

We strive to sell our products on the market on a regular basis in order to gain market share in neighboring countries. We want to constantly expand the market and thus our market leadership. It is important to us to achieve a high level of service. Our company name should always be associated with the best quality of our products.

Place of learning:
To create a place of learning where students can work independently and take responsibility for their own actions. The focus is on “learning by doing”.  The aim is to understand economic interrelationships and develop interdisciplinary skills such as teamwork, personal responsibility and problem-solving skills.
The use of IT and typical industry software (e.g. Lohnbot, ELDA, Winline, ...) should simulate working in a modern company.

Role of the teacher:
The teacher has a flexible and supportive role. They promote the independence and personal responsibility of the students and are available as a coach, moderator and advisor. They monitor the output of the PE units and provide ongoing personal feedback to the students.

3. concrete considerations on the topic of sustainability and digitalization:

Sustainability: We want to advertise more energy-saving products: e.g. daylight spotlights and roller shutters to save energy. However, we also want to live sustainability in our company and increasingly order from companies that offer sustainable solutions - with a focus on organic production and fair trade.
The credo “digitalization instead of paper consumption” is at the forefront. Paper printouts should be avoided as far as possible, e.g. through digital quotations or invoicing.

Digitalization: Our training firm has stored its data on One-Drive, also advertises via various social media and uses a wide variety of software products to display the processes in the training firm.
The products are also offered via the Marketplace.
We want to create learning videos, podcasts and training documents so that one generation of students can pass on their knowledge to another.
EXCEL skills, such as PIVOT tables, will also be increasingly used for survey or sales evaluations.
In sales, there will be an increased focus on online sales calls.
